For most products you will likely be able to tell by the color of the product itself. All of our product listings include pictures so that might help you compare it to what you have now. You could also try shopping by scent to see the descriptions for each scent available. Some scents are limited edition or only available seasonally so if you don’t see exactly what you have, try out our Scent Quiz to match you with some other great scents while you wait!
Order fulfillment times for in stock products can be found here. We are a small company so these lead times can vary occasionally, but we will try to keep you informed as best we can! For any pre-order purchases you can find their expected shipping dates on the pre order product pages and in your order confirmation.

An email or phone number is required on all purchases, and all orders will receive either an email or text to confirm the order as well as a separate message with tracking information once it is shipped. Sometimes our emails can get lost in the spam folder or a text is missed, so if you can't find your confirmation, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name on the order and a good email or phone number so they can look it up for you.
We’ve all been there huh? Our advice is to reach out to the shipping company, listed in your tracking information, first and ask them if there is anything they can do to help. If that still doesn’t solve the issue, let us know. email@example.com is always there to help whenever they can!
We try our best to make sure that we are following best practices to keep all shipping costs as low as they can possibly be. We use Shopify's integrated shipping calculators to get the exact shipping rates for every order too, so you can feel confident that you are only paying for shipping and nothing else!
Returns & Refunds
Take a picture of your damaged products (and the box it came in if possible) and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name on the order within 2 days of delivery. The customer support team there will assist you in replacing the damaged product!

You can get your hands on these limited edition quarterly boxes by purchasing a 1 year (4 boxes) subscription or as a single quarter purchase. The presale for these boxes will be announced in our newsletter first so if you are not a member yet I would suggest joining to make sure you don't miss out.
For single quarter boxes and annual subscriptions you can use our online check out just like you would any other product. Annual subscriptions will be charged for all 4 boxes at the time of checkout and will receive a special discount.
All of our subscription boxes receive a limited edition bar soap, liquid hand soap, and shower gel in the collection's special scent. You will also receive your choice of lip balm and the free gift that comes in every box. These gifts are hand selected by other makers who we really dig. For example, our 2022 Holiday Box, Cheer, will have a hand made soap dish from Nodakian Studios.
